The primary goal of the CSS Restorative Justice Program is to assist the juvenile court system in holding juvenile offenders accountable for their delinquent or undisciplined behavior by coordinating and monitoring their court-ordered community service. To successfully or satisfactory complete their community service obligation, juvenile offenders must complete all community service hours in the time and mandated without receiving any new charges.
